The Spatial Ecology Lab at the Department of Life SciencesBen-Gurion University of the Negev, strives to explore multi-scale patterns and processes that define the distribution of biodiversity, from the level of individuals, through the levels of populations and communities, up to the levels of landscapes and ecosystems.

We focus on basic principles and hypotheses as well as on applied issues (rare species conservation, agroecology, restoration ecology).

We are highly interested in collaboration with different academic groups and professional organizations worldwide.

Motivated students are strongly encouraged to contact us for current opportunities!!!
