Alumni

Dr. Uri Alyagon – Research Fellow

Research Interests: Implementation of electrophysiological measurements in human clinical deep TMS studies to objectively quantify therapeutic effects and to individually customize treatment parameters to the patient.

Tali Gulevsky – Researcher and labs Instructor

Research interests: Genetic model for MDD and model of drug addiction in rats.

Saleh Natour – PhD student

My research focuses on introducing cortical paired associative stimulation as a viable method for neuromodulation and  in rodents. I am also interested in studying the changes in approach/ avoidance behavior of rodents followed by cortical paired associative stimulation.

Ron Mayer – M.Sc student

I am interested in brain connectivity and in the way different regions form complicated networks and cooperate. Specifically in my research, we try to alter these brain connectivities with TMS and hopefully direct future research in the lab to find novel treatments for brain diseases.

Yasmin Abergel – M.Sc. student

I am studying TMS induced changes of brain activity and emotion related behaviors using paired associative cortico-cortical stimulation directed to the right and left lateral prefrontal cortex.

Zachary Katz – M.Sc. student

Aviv Azmanov – M.Sc. student

Working on deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for memory enhancement and impairment. Likewise, utilizing machine learning algorithms to find electrophysiological biomarkers in order to predict successful recall in a free recall test.
