M.Sc./Ph.D students

The laboratory for Immunoinformatics is looking for excellent M.Sc. and Ph.D. students to take part in a study of the immune system using bioinformatics tools. The lab focuses on identifying the transcriptional changes of the immune system and their regulation during interactions with pathogens, microbiome, cancer and auto-immune diseases. The lab is a multidisciplinary environment; we need both people with strong computational skills and analytic abilities and people with profound immunological understanding. The successful candidate should be curious, hardworking, fast learner, and have one of the following:

1) A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in computer science, engineering or related disciplines, and a deep interest in biological processes.

2) A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in biology and the will to learn and conduct computational research.

Project students

The laboratory is also looking for enthusiastic and talented students to take part in the study of the immune system using bioinformatics tools. Projects require programming.
