Our group studies the immune system using computational methods. We want to understand what changes in immune cells during differentiation and activation, and how immune cells interact with each other and with the environment.
Current research projects:
(1) Transcriptional changes and their regulation in a single immune cell type stimulated by a single factor.
(2) Differential splicing used by immune cells.
(3) Evolutionary conservation and divergence of the immune system.
Our lab is a member of the Immunological Genome consortium (ImmGen)
