The 2nd Annual SynBio Meeting in Israel

September 12th, 2023

Ben-Gurion University of the Negev

Synthetic Biology is an interdisciplinary field at the forefront of an ongoing biological revolution. By combining principles from biology, engineering, and computer sciences, synthetic biologists seek to design and construct novel biological parts, devices, and systems that do not exist in nature or rationally engineer existing biological systems to achieve specific goals.

The meeting features talks from leading scientists in the synthetic biology field, covering various topics including: genetic code expansion, protein and gene regulation and design, optogenetics, and metabolic engineering.
