The hands-on sessions are now fully booked. Nevertheless, we will do our best to stretch capacity where possible in order to support the community, and we will consider special requests from those who were unable to register in time.
We are also pleased to announce that Ben-Gurion University has generously provided additional support, allowing us to accept participants to the lecture-only (non–hands-on) sessions at no additional cost. That said, capacity is still limited due to auditorium size and supporting materials, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.

While we are making every effort to accommodate as many participants as possible, availability is limited and places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
For those who require documentation for reimbursement, the workshop fee can typically be covered using institutional travel or training funds. In addition, we will provide an official certificate of participation, which can be submitted to your institution if needed for reimbursement.
For those coming from the center and planning to stay overnight, we can help arrange accommodation at the university hotel if needed. Please let us know in advance if this would be helpful.
