We are among the most frequent users of our institutional cryo-EM facility, where we routinely screen and analyze samples using a Thermo Scientific Glacios 200 kV microscope. This microscope is equipped with a Falcon 4i direct electron detector and will also feature a Selectris X energy filter.<\/h4><h4><span style=\"color: #1f3c47; font-size: 1.125rem;\">Thanks to a national core grant secured under my leadership, a Titan Krios 300 kV microscope and a Hydra dual-beam FIB-SEM system are currently being installed. The Krios will be equipped with a Selectris X energy filter, enabling high-resolution single-particle analysis and in situ cellular cryo-electron tomography with enhanced image contrast and energy filtering capabilities.<\/span><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c25a886 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c25a886\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d38134d\" data-id=\"d38134d\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d8df43 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0d8df43\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Computational<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b8ab94 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7b8ab94\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>The lab operates three GPU servers equipped with a total of 14 GPUs (ranging from 12 GB to 32 GB RAM) and approximately 760 TB of local storage for data processing and analysis.<\/h4><h4>We also have access\u2014through our cryo-EM core facility\u2014to two NVIDIA DGX A100 machines, each featuring 8\u00d7 A100 GPUs (80 GB), 2 TB system RAM, and high-speed NVMe storage.
